These last two months have caught me by storm! I look back and I cannot believe all that I have experienced in what seems like two weeks. Winter is over, and I am still going through skiing withdrawals. Good news, spring is here and everything is turning green again! I have been enjoying my walks through the park, and the sunshine.

School is now is now in its second semester, and I enjoyed skiing during the one week holiday in between with my Rotary Counselor and his family in the Alps. I also switched families at the beginning of March. I really like the new environment, and getting to know a new family. However, I still have regular contact with my first host family, and still go to family gatherings.

I just got back last weekend from a Rotary ski week with all the exchange students. It was great to see them all again, and of course to ski all week long! While we were there, we were invited to a Rotary meeting in the town where we were staying. We all got up in groups and performed songs or dances from our home countries. It was interesting to see the differences between their club and St. Paul’s.

Due to my German coming so far, I will start taking most of the exams with my class, which will keep me even more busy. I also am continuing to play volleyball, and I have now taken up yoga.
