Rotary Make Up

One of the most fun parts of Rotary is the opportunity to make up at Rotary meetings all over the world.  Here's a picture of Jay Pfaender when he made up at the Marina Puerto Vallarta Rotary Club recently. It meets on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. and is one of few Rotary clubs that has a head table.
