In the past two years, Ecolab has made two major acquisitions, becoming a $13 billion company with 45,000 employees worldwide.  The company is well positioned to capitalize on the mega trends shaping our world – population growth, increased demands for water and energy, changing diets, and a growing middle class.

Ecolab delivers value to its customers through a combination of information, technology and on-site, personalized service.   Talented and capable employees are key to the company’s future, and Ecolab is increasing its focus on attracting and retaining talent to fuel business growth.   The Twin Cities also needs a strong focus on talent to drive economic growth.   Ecolab is supporting an initiative by Greater MSP to develop a strategy for retaining and attracting young talent to the metro.  There are opportunities to support this important effort to strengthen our local economy and ensure our future prosperity.
