Liv Mindfully Group is committed to inspiring growth in individuals and organizations through the use of Mindfulness. They offer one-to-one and group coaching, individual counseling, organizational solutions and free workshops for individuals and non-profit organizations.

Olivia Downing is a Registered Australian Psychologist, currently living in Minneapolis.  She began her professional career as a behavioral therapist working with children with autism and learning delays and then moved into the mental health sector and worked as a support worker within a psychosocial rehabilitation setting.

After three years of providing direct care, she moved into the corporate world and worked within a team of organizational psychologists.  After five years working in this area, she moved into a strategic Business Development role within the same organization.

She went into private practice providing counseling to individuals and she also started a small HR consulting business. It was during this time she discovered mindfulness. Following the completion of a course in mindfulness-based therapy through the Australian Psychological Society she began to weave her new mindfulness skills into her therapeutic repertoire. She noticed that her clients were responding very positively to this work. It was at this time she also started to bring more mindfulness into her own life and she also realized that this skill could also be useful for organizations.

Following a move to the US she began working as a volunteer counselor with the Walk-In Counseling Center and then set up Liv Mindfully Group L.L.C. Over this time she has delivered a number of mindfulness-based training sessions and workshops to a variety of groups including charities, members of the public and organizations. She also provides mindfulness-based personal and group coaching.
