John Rash writes the Rash Report column, which explores the intersection of media, culture, society and politics. On June 11th he will discuss expert consensus on some of the challenges and opportunities in foreign policy over the next four years.
Rash is also an editorial writer and a member of the Star Tribune’s Editorial Board. John teaches Mass Media and Politics at his alma mater, the University of Minnesota, where he majored in political science and minored in French. John’s commentary on media and pop culture can be heard on “The Rash Report,” which runs Monday-Friday at 7:50 a.m. on WCCO-AM (830), the CBS radio affiliate in the Twin Cities. Prior to joining the Editorial Board John was a senior vice president, director of media analysis for Campbell Mithun, a Minneapolis-based national advertising agency. He lives in St. Louis Park with his wife and two children.
