Jeff Freyer, Regional Vice President for Comcast in the Twin Cities, will provide an insightful – and, perhaps surprising - look at broadband technology, discussing its impact on the Twin Cities and beyond.  Now more than ever, significant portions of our day-to-day lives, whether at home or in the office, depend on the speed and agility of reliable broadband service, and U.S. telecommunications providers like Comcast are responding to the need in a major way.  If you own a smartphone, tablet or computer, you’ll want to be there!

In his role as region vice president, Jeff is responsible for 2,000 employees in a four state area, including operations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri and Kansas. The Twin Cities Region provides video, high-speed internet, digital phone service and home security products for more than 600,000 residential and business customers.  Comcast’s ground-breaking X1 video platform has made headlines across the country, and is but one of the many customer benefits as a result of the company’s billion dollar regional network investment.

Jeff has been with Comcast for more than seven years, having served in leadership roles at both the region and division level as part of the Comcast Business Services group.  Jeff’s extensive telecommunications career also includes leadership experience at MCI, TelCove, Level 3 and AT&T Solutions.
