Pope Francis has written and Apostolic Exhortation that, in part, questions the social justice of capitalism as social Darwinism; President Obama speaks out against economic inequality in the United States; Occupy Wall Street and Occupy Minnesota brought forth anger at the collapse of credit markets in 2008 and the resulting great recession; good jobs are not coming back; world wide growth is meager. Is capitalism to blame?

Are we condemned to support only one form a capitalism or can free markets be reshaped to be more responsible and provide more social justice through private enterprise?

The Caux Round Table offers a strategy for the improvement of capitalism through the integration of ethics with sound stakeholder management practices.
