Flagstone Foods: Our Pathway to Growth

Last month Flagstone Foods moved into their new headquarters office in Lawson Commons and by doing so became the first food company to be located in downtown Saint Paul. They could have chosen to base the company anywhere, but they chose Saint Paul.
Paul Lapadat became Chief Executive Officer of Flagstone Foods (then known as Snacks Holding Company) in December 2010. Prior to joining Flagstone Foods, Lapadat was President and Chief Operating Officer of ConAgra Foods Snack Foods Division where he led a $2 Billion operating company that included brands such as Orville Redenbacher’s, Slim Jim and David Seeds, along with numerous private label businesses. His previous work experience includes general management, brand management and finance positions at ConAgra, Kraft Foods, The Pillsbury Company and General Mills. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
