Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) was adopted by Rotary International in 1971 and is one of the most significant and growing programs in Rotary Service.

The program is designed to develop qualities of leadership and good citizenship among the young people in our community.  It's a good opportunity for Rotarians and other business and civic leaders to share their knowledge and experience with an audience that is eager to learn.  It's a great way to put into practice the Rotary motto:  "Every Rotarian an example to youth."

Each year thousands of young people take part in the program worldwide.  The conference focuses on the fundamentals of leadership.  The students are broken into teams and engage in team projects, trust building and leadership development seminars.

The Saint Paul Rotary Youth Leadership conference is in its 66th year.  Our program continues to provide students from throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin with this exceptional opportunity.
