Portions of Kellogg Boulevard Closed

As you may know, a portion of Kellogg Boulevard west of Wabasha is closed due to construction. The best alternate route is to approach the Crowne Plaza from the East on Kellogg, which is still open. The Capital City, Crowne Plaza, and Victory Ramps all remain open for parking.
