  • President Carla Hauge called the meeting to order at 12:15
  • Chuck Field from UBS Financial Services led attendees in singing God Bless America, accompanied by Bob Jones from Jones and Hauge on the piano.
  • Matt Halley from Cookie Cart gave the Invocation, expressing gratitude for teachers
  • Michael-Jon Pease from Park Square Theater introduced visiting Rotarians and guests

 

 
President Carla led the Business Meeting
  • Thank you to Pioneer Press for the ad listing the Rotarian Forward award winners
  • Aaron Gjerde announced a meeting at St. Paul College on Thursdays to discuss ways the community can address mental health issues that impact the community
  • Jim Kosmo provided an update on Rotary Scholarship winners and encouraged Rotation Forward award winners in attendance to consider applying for Rotary scholarships in the future
  • Michael Anderson from Lutheran Social Services presented the “Rotation Forward” awards
  • Lynne Beck, Development Consultant, presented the Educator of the Year award to Mary Schmidt from Nokomis Montessori
  • St. Paul Superintendent Valeria Silva addressed the audience
  • President Carla provided closing remarks and adjourned the meeting
