Forty Rotarians and guests gathered for the annual Fellowship Day on beautiful sunny day at the White Bear Yacht Club. John Guthmann, our fearless leader, called the meeting to order at 12:30PM. Jay Pfaender updated the members on the upcoming speakers in June and July. John made a announcement that Linda Mulhern is still looking for hosts for 7 exchange students for the group of kids that that will be arriving in Minnesota on Friday June 26th for two days.

 

John then asked the activities chairs to announce their plans for today. Chuck Whitaker announced the plans for Tennis and a Pontoon ride later in the afternoon.

Larry Morgan announced the routes for the bicycling group.  Yvonne Ekdahl announced the card playing details.Dan McKeown updated the golfers on schedule and details for winning the Golf Trophy. The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 PM.

After a fun and full afternoon of activities, a large group of Rotarians and friends gathered for a BBQ cookout.   The heat from the afternoon sent many of the members into the Golf Porch for AC.

Dan McKeown announced the winners for 2015.   Winning the Team Scramble was Jim Kosmo, John Andrews, Doug  Hartford and Bill Collins. Clyde Nelson took second place in the individual event.  Our President, John Guthmann, won with a net score of 74. A good time was had by all and we enjoyed a beautiful day of sun and fun
