Fast For Hope on February 24

Each year District 5960 observes “Fast for Hope” where clubs are asked to forego their usual hearty luncheon and “fast” on a more meager meal of soup and bread.  The difference in the cost of these meals goes to support the district Fast for Hope program.

 

February is Fast for Hope month in our District. As part of this initiative, our District has participated in cultural exchanges to Nicaragua.

Past FFH efforts include:

  • Feeding program in Port Au Prince, Haiti
  • Fistula Hospital in Africa
  • Books for Africa
  • Haiti Clean Drinking Water
